As we celebrated our 10-year company anniversary, we knew we wanted to honor the people who got us here: our customers. That’s why we created our Customer Obsession Tour: 10 cities, 10 opportunities to connect, share stories, and celebrate the partnerships that keep our industry moving forward.
Over the past few months, we traveled to Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Diego, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Green Bay, Marinette, Minneapolis, and Milwaukee, meeting hundreds of drivers, executives, safety managers, risk managers, operations teams, and everyone who keeps their fleets running smoothly. From heartfelt stories to shared meals, and even a few tears, this tour reminded us why we do what we do.
Here’s a stop-by-stop recap of our journey:
Our first stop set the tone for the entire tour, kicking off our Driver Appreciation Week celebrations with Duncan & Sons, Stewart Transport, Knight-Swift Transportation, and Buesing Corp. We celebrated drivers and fleet teams, shared stories about what makes their operations successful, and connected on the importance of safety and technology in keeping everyone on the road protected. Phoenix reminded us how vital relationships are in building trust and supporting fleet excellence.
In Texas, we spent time with customers across both Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, meeting incredible drivers and fleet teams from All My Sons, Interstate Batteries, K. L. Breeden & Sons, Add On Systems, and Loomis. From technology demonstrations to heartfelt conversations, these stops highlighted the dedication of teams committed to driver safety, satisfaction, and growth. It was inspiring to see the impact of strong partnerships in action.
Returning to our roots in San Diego, we celebrated with fleet partners at Fleet Forward and ATA MCE. It was a chance to reconnect with long-time customers, explore innovations in fleet technology, and honor the drivers who keep operations running smoothly every day. Thank you to all our customers who joined us for the ATA MCE dinner and after‑party celebrations!
In Cincinnati, we visited Rumpke to meet with drivers, safety managers, and operations teams. The conversations reinforced our shared commitment to safety, efficiency, and supporting drivers in their professional growth. Seeing the pride these teams take in their work was truly inspiring.
Cleveland’s stop was all about honoring Aim Transportation Solutions and the people who make their fleet successful. From executives to drivers, we celebrated dedication, teamwork, and the adoption of technology to improve safety and operations across the board.
At our Green Bay visit, we spent time with Schneider, celebrating their 90-year legacy of innovation and safety. We connected with their safety and training leaders, shared live demos of our technology, and enjoyed lunch with their team. It was a powerful reminder of how deeply values like “Safety First” are woven into the fabric of long-term partnerships.
Our journey began north of Green Bay in Marinette, Wisconsin, where we visited Veriha Trucking, a family-founded company with deep roots in safety, growth, and driver development. We spent the day with Veriha’s leadership and Netradyne champions. We also toured Veriha’s Driver Academy and watched new drivers train on simulators, including navigating heavy snow conditions. The day wrapped up with a dinner celebration filled with stories, insights, and that unmistakable family-first culture that defines Veriha.
For our Minneapolis stop, we visited Halvor Lines in Rosemount, Minnesota, a long-term partner whose commitment to safety and people shines brightly. We spent time with their team over dinner and site tours, meeting safety directors, operations leaders, and drivers firsthand. It was a powerful reminder of the value of relationships, the importance of listening, and how much pride goes into building a culture of safety and excellence together.
Our final stop took us to Milwaukee, where we visited ABC Supply, an organization known for its strong safety culture, operational discipline, and commitment to continuous improvement. We met with their leadership team, champions, and drivers to learn about their journey installing cameras on 7,000 vehicles across 1,000 locations in just 18 months. Their approach to change management, including year-long testing led by champions within the organization, fostered trust, strengthened adoption, and helped GreenZone scores rise from 850 to 921 in a single year.
After touring facilities and celebrating these accomplishments with the ABC Supply team, we closed the day with a lively gathering at the 20,000-square-foot Henry Dorrbaker’s venue. We remain grateful to the champions who continue to drive safety, innovation, and positive culture throughout their fleet.
This holiday season, we’re grateful for our customers. Thank you for trusting us with the safety of your fleets. It’s a responsibility we take seriously because, like you, we want everyone to get home safely to their families.
Excited to see where 2026 takes us!
