Back to Our Roots: The Customer Obsession Tour Hits San Diego for Fleet Forward & ATA MCE

The third leg of our Customer Obsession Tour brought us back to our hometown, sunny San Diego, for not one, but two of the biggest events in trucking and transportation this year: Fleet Forward Conference (FFC) and ATA’s 2025 Management Conference & Exhibition (MCE25).
Fleet Forward brings together the people and ideas redefining the future of fleets. We hit the expo floor in full force, showcasing the latest innovations in our Driver•i platform and 360 AI technology. Nearly 1,000 attendees stopped by for personalized demos, expert Q&A sessions, and hands-on tech exploration with our product and account teams.
Outside, in the Park & Ride lot, RV Nessie stole the show, offering visitors an interactive 360° AI experience that brought the future of fleet safety and management to life.

Just two days later, our team and RV Nessie made the short four-mile drive along the marina to our next destination: ATA MCE25. This year’s event gathered the industry’s most influential leaders, innovators, and advocates, to help shape the future of trucking.
Inside the expo hall, our booth buzzed with energy as we shared live demos of Driver•i and 360 AI, offered expert insights, and connected with 3,000 fleet leaders eager to explore what’s next. Outside, RV Nessie continued to draw crowds for another round of our interactive 360° AI demo, a real-time look at what’s possible when technology meets safety innovation. The winners of our YETI cooler drawing will be announced next week!
CMO Adam Kahn also took the stage at one of ATA’s most anticipated events, where the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) revealed the Top 10 Trucking Industry Issues. These issues highlight the industry’s focus on workforce, technology, and regulatory challenges, shaping the conversation for the year ahead. Thank you, ATRI, for hosting us!
Sunday evening, we took the celebration to Fleming’s Steakhouse, just across from the convention center, for a VIP dinner with our customers and special guests.
Our CEO, Avneesh Agrawal, kicked off the evening with a heartfelt champagne toast thanking our customers and partners for their continued trust and collaboration. “Cheers to Safety!” Guests enjoyed great food, great conversation, and even a custom RV Nessie cake to mark our 10-year anniversary and the ongoing Customer Obsession Tour.
The night didn’t end there, festivities rolled on at Prohibition Lounge, where live music and lively conversations kept the energy high well into the evening!
Thank you to both Fleet Forward and ATA MCE for hosting two unforgettable events right here in our hometown. We’re grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every opportunity to share our vision for the future of fleet technology.
