Celebrating Drivers & Customers: Highlights from Our First Customer Obsession Tour Stop in Phoenix

We’re hitting the road to celebrate our incredible customers and drivers across the country. At every pit stop, we’re connecting in person, sharing stories, cheering on drivers, and highlighting the partnerships that keep our industry moving forward.
Buckle up and join us as we relive the highlights from each stop along the way!
Last week, we wrapped up the first leg of our Customer Obsession Tour, and what better way to do it than during Driver Appreciation Week in sunny Phoenix?
We kicked things off by hosting 40 local customers, partners, and special guests at the Diamondbacks vs. Giants game. Great food, great drinks, and even better conversations filled the night. The game itself didn’t disappoint – tied 5-5 until the bottom of the 9th, when the D-Backs took it home with a walk-off win!
On Wednesday, we visited Duncan & Sons, Stewart Transport, Swift Transportation, and Buesing Corp. We connected with their incredible teams and drivers, heard their stories, gathered feedback, and snapped some amazing photos along the way.
Thursday was all about Knight Transportation’s inaugural Driver Rodeo and their drivers put on a show! We watched as they expertly maneuvered semi-trucks through a challenging course, making it look effortless. And we’re pretty sure they were being modest when they said it’s just like driving a personal car.
We also filmed an interview with Adam Johnson, Knight’s VP of Safety, where he shared what safety means to Knight, why camera and AI technology matter, and why they chose Netradyne as their partner.
After cheering them on, we celebrated with a delicious lunch and a winner’s ceremony complete with cash prizes. Of course, we made sure everyone walked away with some well-earned Netradyne swag.
We wrapped up the week at Swift Transportation’s 17th Driver Rodeo, where another group of highly skilled drivers took on a challenging course and showed off their talents. Netradyne’s CMO, Adam Kahn, provided live demonstrations of our latest technology straight from the RV, answering questions and showing drivers how our platform helps keep them safe on the road.
We also captured interviews with David Tillman, SVP of Safety and Driver Development, and Julie Miller, VP of Safety, who shared their passion for driver safety, their favorite Netradyne features, and the value of our partnership. The day ended with an incredible BBQ lunch and an awards ceremony to celebrate the drivers’ hard work.
A huge thank you to all the customers who welcomed us, shared their time, and celebrated Driver Appreciation Week with us. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to join you all again next year!
