Closing Out the Tour with ABC Supply: Culture, Collaboration, and Safety in Action

Over the past few months, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to visit customers across the country, seeing firsthand how they’re innovating, improving safety, and putting people first. Each stop offered insights into partnership, culture, and operational excellence, and our final visit to ABC Supply truly showcased it all.

Managing the installation of cameras on 7,000 vehicles across a diverse fleet at 1,000 locations, ABC Supply successfully completed this complex project in just 18 months. Beyond logistics, the transformation was cultural — shifting from punitive measures to positive reinforcement, rewarding safe driver behavior rather than punishing mistakes.

ABC Supply and Netradyne treated the project as a long-term collaboration, with leadership involvement, including Brian Widder and Barrett Britt’s personal year-long testing, building driver trust and ensuring adoption.

Within a year, ABC Supply saw GreenZone scores rise from 850 to 921. Their success is a clear reminder that culture, collaboration, and leadership make all the difference.

After touring their facilities, interviewing champions and drivers, and listening to celebration speeches from those involved, we took the party across the river to Henry Dorrbaker’s. The 20,000-square-foot venue offered duckpin bowling, mini-golf, pinball, skeeball, and car racing simulations, along with great food and drinks — an energetic way to honor the team’s hard work and dedication.
