Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) are structured partnerships between a company and a representative group of customers who provide strategic guidance, candid feedback, and forward-looking insight. When designed thoughtfully, a CAB becomes a mechanism for alignment, innovation, and shared success.

This kind of partnership is especially critical in fleet safety and video telematics. Our customers operate in complex, high-stakes environments where safety, compliance, efficiency, and driver experience are constantly evolving. At Netradyne, our technology sits at the intersection of all of these priorities. To build a platform that truly delivers value at scale, we must stay connected to the realities our customers face every day. Our CAB is a key way we do that.

The Purpose of Our Customer Advisory Board

The purpose of our CAB is simple: to ensure that our platform’s evolution is grounded in real-world customer needs and strategic industry direction. We rely on this group to identify emerging challenges, validate priorities, and challenge assumptions. In short, the CAB helps ensure we are building the right solutions for the right problems.

Of course, a CAB is only as effective as the perspectives represented around the table. That’s why we take a highly intentional approach to member selection. Our goal is not simply to assemble a group of engaged customers, but to ensure the board reflects the diversity of our broader customer base, across company size, operating model, fleet complexity, and technology maturity.

“The CAB is one of the most powerful ways we stay connected to the needs and priorities of our customers. Hearing directly from leaders across the industry helps us understand what’s working, what’s challenging, and what’s next. Their input directly informs our roadmap and strengthens our ability to deliver real value at scale.”

- Heather Engen, Chief Customer Officer

The People Behind the Board: A Thoughtfully Selected Group of Leaders

Our CAB members bring deep operational expertise and industry leadership, paired with a shared commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. They are not just users of our platform, they are partners in shaping its future. Each member offers a unique vantage point on the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry, and together they help us test assumptions and stay focused on what matters most to customers.

Welcoming Our Newest Customer Advisory Board Class

That philosophy comes to life in our newest CAB class. We’re excited to welcome senior leaders from some of our most strategic customers, representing 10 distinct verticals. This is our strongest and most diverse class to date, reflecting the breadth of the Netradyne customer base and the importance of collaboration in driving industry progress.

From Insight to Impact: How the CAB Shapes Our Platform

The strength of a CAB isn’t just in who participates, it’s in how their insights translate into meaningful action. Our members actively shape the Netradyne platform, influencing both near-term enhancements and longer-term strategic direction. Their feedback is combined with data, customer research, and internal expertise to inform roadmap decisions and ensure we’re building solutions grounded in real-world needs.

That impact is evident across both our fleet safety and fleet management capabilities. CAB insights have influenced the development of new alert types, such as guidance around how trucks should safely make turns, as well as meaningful improvements to the user experience, including clearer visualization of weather data. Members have also helped us evolve how we engage with drivers through enhancements to the GreenZone Score, more effective customer communications, and new fuel efficiency coaching and scoring. In addition, direct input through CAB-led user research and interviews has informed safety dashboard enhancements, preventative maintenance workflows, drowsy detection and management capabilities, D-810, and expanded analytics through AI360 and LiveSearch, ensuring our platform delivers actionable insight and measurable impact at scale.

“At Netradyne, we innovate on behalf of our customers, and the Customer Advisory Board is central to that mission. CAB members help us identify and prioritize the problems worth solving, partner with us to validate user experiences, and serve as trusted product advisors. Their real-world insight shapes not just our features, but how we think about building solutions—and we’re deeply grateful for the time and perspective they share.”

Where Collaboration Comes to Life: Our 2026 In-Person Session in Dallas

Those conversations become even more impactful when they happen face-to-face. Last week, we hosted our CAB members for our first in-person session of 2026, held in Dallas. Members heard from Netradyne leadership, including our Chief Customer Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Product Officer, covering topics such as welcoming new and returning members, 2025 performance, and our 2026 product roadmap, including the Power of Search and Physical AI.

Customer-led sessions included presentations on driving safety at scale and navigating insurance renewals. We also hosted breakout sessions that grouped customers with similar fleets and operations to discuss Fleet Safety, Fleet Management, and 360 AI & Analytics. The discussions were candid, energizing, and action-oriented, reinforcing the value of open partnership and direct engagement between customers and product leaders.
