The Customer Obsession Tour Continued to the Midwest to Celebrate Rumpke

The fourth leg of our Customer Obsession Tour brought us to Rumpke Waste & Recycling, a Cincinnati-based family owned company with 4,500 employees and a fleet containing almost 2,800 vehicles, Founded in 1932, Rumpke has grown from a hog farm and junk collection company to one of the largest waste and recycling firms in North America servicing more than 2.5 million customer accounts throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana and West Virginia. 

During our visit, we toured their impressive facilities, from the corporate office and vehicle shop to their expansive landfill, gaining a deeper appreciation for the scale and innovation behind their operations. We also had the chance to film interviews with several Netradyne champions: Timothy Bath, SVP of Hauling; Bridgett Biggs, Senior Corporate Safety Manager; Ben Rumpke, Region Operations Manager; and Ralph Snow, Driver. Hearing their stories firsthand gave us valuable insight into how Rumpke continues to prioritize safety, sustainability, and people. 

We also had fun handing out swag to drivers at their Cincinnati hauling operations before wrapping up the day with a delicious dinner featuring local favorites.
