I focus on safety performance, telematics strategy, compliance, and integrating operations across acquired businesses. I build scalable, data-driven programs that improve driver safety and ensure essential healthcare services run efficiently.

I’m an OTR truck driver who built a career in a male-dominated industry while raising a child as a single, neurodivergent woman. Beyond trucking, I’m a student, life coach, author, and speaker, helping others rebuild after major life transitions. I’m a fleet and transportation leader in Dallas, Texas, with experience in logistics, fleet optimization, and supply chain operations. I earned my BBA from Texas A&M International University and have built my career on operational excellence and safety. I’ve led high-volume teams at Amazon, managed a national fleet at Trinity Industries, and now optimize multi-location fleet operations at Interstate Batteries. As a Latina in a male-dominated industry, I take pride in advancing representation while delivering measurable results.
