The Customer Obsession Tour Honors Aim Transportation Solutions

The next day, we made our way across Ohio, passing through Columbus and arriving in Youngstown, just southwest of Cleveland. That evening, we joined Aim Transportation Solutions to celebrate their incredible safety team and top-performing drivers, the “Guardians of the Highway.” Drivers were honored with trophies and checks recognizing their commitment to safety and their impressive Netradyne GreenZone scores.

After an evening filled with great food, conversation, and celebration, we visited Aim’s Girard location to capture their Netradyne success story. Founded in 1906, Aim has been family-owned for over 115 years and continues to provide comprehensive trucking, fleet management, maintenance, and logistics services nationwide.

We had the pleasure of speaking with Netradyne champions David Gurska, COO; Ron Bourque, SVP of Safety and Risk Management; Amanda Demartinis, Assistant Safety Director; and Keith Richeal, Driver. Thank you all for your time, your insights, and for letting us experience the Aim culture firsthand. Over lunch, we sampled some beloved local dishes, including wedding soup and peppers in oil, alongside the Aim team. So tasty!
