Celebrating Drivers & Customers: Customer Obsession Tour Texas Recap Fort Worth & Houston
Friday: Fort Worth Rodeo
The second leg of our Customer Obsession Tour brought us to Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston, and what better way to celebrate Texas than with a rodeo and honky tonk?
On Friday evening, we welcomed customers, special guests, and partners at the Stockyards Championship Rodeo inside the historic Cowtown Coliseum. Together, we cheered on cowboys and cowgirls competing in tie-down roping, breakaway roping, and barrel racing, along with the adrenaline-filled rough stock events including bull riding, bronc riding, bareback riding, and ranch saddle bronc riding. One of the night’s highlights? Watching young riders steal the show in the fan-favorite Mutton Scramble!
The celebration continued next door at Billy Bob’s Texas, the world’s largest Honky Tonk, where we enjoyed live music, dancing, and plenty of two-stepping.
A heartfelt thank you to All My Sons, Interstate Batteries, K. L. Breeden & Sons, Add On Systems, and many more for joining us, you made Fort Worth unforgettable.
Monday Afternoon: Customer Visit with Loomis
On Monday, we traveled to Houston to visit our longtime customer, Loomis. Their incredible team welcomed us with a tour of their facilities, showcased their diverse fleet, and introduced us to the drivers who bring their operations to life. We were happy to leave behind some swag for the team and deeply grateful for the opportunity to strengthen our partnership.
Monday Evening: Pappas Bros. Steakhouse Dinner
We wrapped up our Texas stop with an intimate evening at the legendary Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. Over a perfectly crafted prix fixe menu and expertly paired wines, we connected with our Houston-based customers, partners, and guests. The food was phenomenal, but the conversations were the true highlight of the evening.
