Installed cameras that are properly working (not disconnected, missing wires, or other technical interferences). Purpose is to ensure that cameras are working and capturing video.
Percent of installed devices that are “under investigation” status (1 point)
< 10% of cameras should be under investigation
Driver Assignment
Analyzed minutes that have a driver assigned to them. Purpose is to ensure events are being reviewed and assigned to the correct driver, for coaching.
Percent of analyzed minutes with “unknown driver” (1 point)
< 20% of minutes should indicate unknown driver
Coaching Completion
Drivers with a GreenZone Score below target (850), where coaching was completed. Purpose is to reduce risky behavior for drivers that were coached on events and improve score/safety.
