A simpler, more intuitive experience helps teams find what matters, complete mission-critical work faster, and extend their capacity without adding burden.

Fleet operations have a capacity problem, not a data problem. In a 2026 survey of more than 600 fleet professionals, 80% said they still manually enter fleet data themselves, with many spending multiple hours each week on that work. For fleet teams, that burden is familiar: alerts need triage, video clips need to be found, drivers need timely coaching, reports need to be built, devices need attention, and incidents need follow-through, all while the operation keeps moving. The answer is an intuitive experience that helps teams understand what matters now, what to do next, and how to get the work done.

That’s the New Netradyne Experience: more time back for what matters most.

From insights to action, with less friction

Netradyne Intelligence is the platform that powers all our solutions that deliver critical outcomes in fleet safety and operations. The New Netradyne Experience is how fleets put that intelligence to work at scale. The redesigned experience makes trusted fleet intelligence easier to find, understand, configure, and act across mission-critical workflows. Rather than asking managers to search across disconnected workflows or piece together context, the new experience organizes work around what fleet teams need to accomplish. It brings relevant information closer to each task and reduces the time required to complete it.

Here is what that looks like in practice.

Start with the work that needs to get done

A safety manager reviewing yesterday’s alerts, an operations manager checking device health, and a fleet administrator updating settings should each have a clear path to the work they do most. The new navigation is organized around the types of work fleet teams perform. Safety managers, operations managers, and fleet admins have clear entry points, while bookmarks, in-product guides, and contextual help make frequently used workflows easier to find and revisit. For teams the rely on Netradyne every day, that means getting back to priority work faster. For occasional users, it means less time figuring out where to start.

Find the right video and act on it, faster

When something happens on the road, accessing video is only part of the job. A safety team may know the driver, vehicle, location, or approximate time, but still needs to find the right event, understand the context, retrieve additional footage, and get usable evidence to the people who need it. The new Video Access experience brings that work together across three new tabs:

  • The All Alert Videos tab helps teams triage high volumes of alerts using advanced filters, map context, video previews, and bulk actions. Saved views preserve complex filter combinations, so recurring workflows do not have to be rebuilt every time.
  • If an incident was not tied to an alert, the Request Video tab helps teams pinpoint the right footage to pull using map context and thumbnail previews along the trip timeline, then select the exact time segment and camera views needed.
  • Once footage is retrieved, the Requested Videos tab helps teams find the right clip faster with natural-language search, then review camera views, trim and annotate footage, securely share evidence, or move it into downstream coaching and incident workflows.

The result is a more direct path from “something happened” to the usable video needed for coaching, investigation, or incident review.

Get answers without chasing other teams

When fleet leaders ask for the same safety or fleet-performance update every week or month, teams should not have to rebuild the analysis from scratch.

The new Report Central gets teams to the right report from one workspace. Search, preview, customize, and schedule reports across Safety, Fleet Management, and Fleet Administration. Tailor criteria and columns to the question at hand, validate the output before creating it, and manage both one-time and recurring reports with confidence.

For deeper analysis, Premium Reports adds customizable dashboards across areas such as GreenZone Score, coaching effectiveness, driver trends, and executive summaries. A safety leader can track the KPIs that matter, compare performance over time, and understand whether programs are producing measurable improvement without manually combining multiple reports.

Together, Report Central and Premium Reports make recurring fleet questions easier to answer, whether the goal is managing day-to-day performance, evaluating program progress, or keeping stakeholders informed.

Keep the operational foundation moving

Reliable fleet intelligence depends on healthy devices and accurate driver attribution.

When a fleet has hundreds or thousands of devices and accessories in different health states, the challenge is not simply seeing every status. It is knowing which issues need attention first. Device Action Center brings device and accessory health into one customizable view, helping teams focus on the most important issues and troubleshoot with richer device context.

Driver Assignment addresses a different but equally important foundation. Unassigned drive time is not just an administrative cleanup task. Until the right driver is identified, the safety scores, coaching history, alerts, and reports tied to that trip may not tell the full story. Driver Assignment gives teams a fleet-wide view of assignment health and outstanding work, making it easier to identify attribution gaps, resolve unassigned drive time, and understand how assignments were made.

Together, these workflows help keep the data underneath the fleet operations accurate, actionable, and easier to manage at scale.

A simpler experience. A shorter path from intelligence to outcomes.

The New Netradyne Experience is designed around how fleet teams actually work: less time navigating software, faster access to the right context, and simpler ways to complete critical work. For safety teams, that can mean finding evidence sooner, coaching more consistently, and proving program impact. For fleet and operations teams, it can mean faster troubleshooting, more reliable data, and fewer manual steps. Across the platform, it creates a more intuitive way to put Netradyne Intelligence to work.

Availability

The New Netradyne Experience is now available in early preview to direct customers in the United States and Canada. Customers in other regions can expect early preview access later in Fall 2026. Fleets interested in learning more can reach out to a Netradyne representative.
