Sales Operations Administrator

Overview

We are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Administrator to join our team. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team and who is willing and able to perform the many different tasks required in a fast-moving small company environment. This person will report to the Sales Operations Supervisor. A start-up mentality and being comfortable proposing solutions when problems arise, is a must. This person must be detail oriented and have strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct support of assigned Sales Managers/Directors and Resellers.
  • Work with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to create and file Commercial Agreements.
  • Work with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to create and file Trial Agreements.
  • Process, enter, and follow all Agreements and Delivery Schedules for customers, resellers, and field engineering.
  • Serve as POC for our financing partners, including obtaining credit approvals and funding completion.
  • Serve as POC for customers with questions about contracts, orders and deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot issues with order fulfillment and/or logistics.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for invoices, IPA documents, POs needed for current and deferred deals.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completion of orders, invoices, and order creation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a sales support or sales operations role is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-managed, and problem solver.
  • Able to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy.
  • Maintains high level of accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills: MS Office Apps, data analysis, data entry.
  • Experience with a SAAS CRM system, specifically Salesforce, is a plus.
